We all know and love Duckhunt – the classic game that came with the light gun as an addon bonus for your Mario game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Duckhunt is a retro video game originally released in 1984 for the NES (Nintendo as we all know it). The objective of the game was simple: shoot as many ducks as you could each round, with each round becoming progressively more difficult because the ducks would be faster and there would be more of them.. the real unique thing about this game was the light gun- an orange and grey accessory for the Nintendo that would pick up flashes on the screen to input where you actually shot, and kill the duck accordingly. It was also widely popular to shoot the dog due to it’s funny repercussions.
